Long after tiny hands have grown and familiar routines have changed, these images will remain—a tangible reminder of the life you built, the memories you shared, and the love that transformed a house into a home.
And these images are not only for you.
They are for your child, too.
One day, they will look back at these photographs and see more than what they looked like. They will see where they belonged. They will see the spaces that shaped their earliest memories and the people who loved them beyond measure. They will see evidence of a childhood filled with comfort, connection, and care.

After booking, we'll shape your photoshoot through our planning emails. We’ll discuss your home, identify the best spaces for photos, determine the ideal time of day based on natural light, and decide whether any additional equipment is needed. This preparation ensures I can create the most beautiful, high-quality image collection.
Feel free to have your family’s favorite music playing to help keep the vibes playful and fun. After a quick tour of the spaces we’ve discussed, I’ll guide you through the session, offering posing ideas and direction, while allowing plenty of room for natural interactions and genuine moments to unfold.
About 3 weeks after our session, we will meet on Zoom to pour over your beautiful in-home photoshoot. We'll look through your gallery of expertly retouched portraits. You'll select the digital images included in your package and pick out your complimentary prints! Add-ons are optional.

While a tidy space helps keep the focus on the true heart of your home—your family—please don't feel pressured to clean or reorganize every nook and cranny.
Toys scattered across the floor, well-loved belongings, blankets unfurled and even a few dishes in the sink can add to the authentic, lived-in feeling that makes your images so meaningful.
These details tell the story of this season of life exactly as it is. My goal is to capture genuine moments and preserve them as a beautiful snapshot of your family's journey, honoring this chapter for the rest of time.
You can relax knowing I’ve got you. My goal is to make the experience fun, easy and enjoyable, so you can focus on being present with the people you love most. You’ll all feel comfortable, confident, and connected—and that energy will shine through in your photographs.
Frequently Asked Questions
What if our home doesnt have alot of natural light?
That’s absolutely fine! While I love working with natural light on location—because it often reflects how a home is remembered and experienced—I can bring additional lighting equipment to create stunning photographs in any lighting condition. If your home tends to be on the darker side, just let me know ahead of time so I can be best prepared!
What should we wear?
For in-home sessions, I recommend keeping things casual and true to your everyday life. These photographs are meant to capture a genuine slice of this season, and simple, comfortable clothing helps keep the focus on connection, personality, and the moments you share together.
However, if getting dressed up is something your family genuinely enjoys then by all means, go for it! A more fashion-forward wardrobe can bring an editorial feel to your images (which I find exciting) and create a bold, elevated statement. Just keep in mind that this approach typically requires a bit more preparation and coordination beforehand. The most important thing is that your clothing feels authentic to you and reflects the way your family naturally celebrates life together.
Are payment plans available?
Klarna and Afterpay are accepted during booking checkout, allowing you to split your balance into smaller payments if that is preferred. You will not be asked to pay anything after the online booking process, unless you decide to add on to your package during the Photo Reveal (about 3 weeks after your photoshoot).

One of the greatest benefits of an in-home session is having access to meaningful, personal props that already tell your family’s story. They don’t need to be perfectly styled or aesthetically curated—in fact, the best props are often the ones that are most loved and used every day.
Heirloom books, well-worn blankets, treasured toys, favorite snacks, musical instruments, gardening tools, or even a beloved coffee mug can add layers of authenticity and meaning to your images. These everyday objects help create photographs that feel uniquely yours and preserve the details that make this season of life so special.

What features make your home uniquely yours? Do you have a favorite piece of furniture? A window that made you fall in love with the house the moment you saw it? What's the one thing guests always comment on when they visit?
These are often the details that reflect what makes your house feel like home.
In the days leading up to your session, spend some time lingering in these spaces. Notice how they feel at different times of day and how the light moves through them. You may discover that a window becomes the perfect place to pause and reflect, or that a doorway beautifully frames your favorite chair.
The goal isn't to find the "perfect" backdrop—it's to identify the spaces that feel most like home. Those are the places where the most authentic photographs tend to happen.
