As a mother myself, I know how precious every stage of childhood/motherhood becomes once it’s passed. Each season of the journey unfolds in its own unique way — bringing both joy and challenge — and together, those moments shape who we are and who we are becoming.
There is something so meaningful about preserving these fleeting moments in a way that can be cherished and reflected upon forever, and that is the sole purpose of the Motherhood Portrait Session.
I invite you and your child at any stage (infant, teenager, full adult) — and the indescribable bond you share — in front of the lens to be documented with intention and care. The result is more than photographs... they are timeless heirlooms, pieces of art that will live on for generations.
The experience itself is quick and enjoyable because it was thoughtfully designed with busy mothers in mind. From planning and styling before your arrival, to capturing every detail, I take care of the heavy lifting so you can simply be present and celebrate the sublime of creating these memories together.

DETAILED PLANNING

Once we are official, you will immediately receive a session planning guide to look over, getting familiar with our backdrops, lighting options, and the range of moods we can create for this epic moment with the one(s) who matter most.
Expect a personalized follow up email within 24 hours to discuss the makings of your dream portraits. We will form our plan ahead of time so all is smooth and easy on shoot day.
I'll curate the exact mood you want to bring to life in your custom heirloom-worthy portrait collection!

SHOOT DAY
I will guide you through the entire photoshoot experience starting from the moment I greet you at the door. You can relax knowing I've got you!
Everything is streamlined - I set up all of our discussed details ahead of your arrival so we can make the most of our time and eliminate stress for the little ones.
We make life easy with a changing table, wet wipes, strategies to keep little ones happy and occupied, and anything else you may need during your time creating with me in the studio.

PHOTO REVEAL
About 3 weeks after our session, we will meet on Zoom to pour over your beautiful portraits.
During our reveal:
- you'll select the photos included in your package
- you'll decide which portraits you'd like to desiginate as your complimentary prints
- we can discuss if you'd like to commission any additional custom wall art or upgrade to a larger photo package (totally optional... only if you can't resist!)
