When you arrive, we will greet you at the building's door and bring you up to unit 211 - Nicolette Portraiture Studio.
You'll unload your belongings in the boudoir and can indulge in a coffee or tea as we guide you through your luxury photoshoot experience.

- the parlor (the entrance of our space) featuring an upright paino, our book collection, and spot to take to the load off.
- your boudoir, with its romantic lighting and all the space you need to layout your belongings and privacy to dress for your session.
- a corridor of mirrors (aka the selfie tunnel) It's 10 feet of mirrors lined with old-Hollywood-style vanity lights. The most flattering atmosphere to touch up your hair and makeup. Outlets are located here for hot hair tools and charging devices.
- The rec room is a huge open space with skylights, a couch for lounging, a farmhouse table for mealtime, and functions as Nicolette's art studio. Here you may see projects Nicolette is working on.
- The photography bay is where we shoot our session, boasting all of the backdrops, lights, and photography equipment needed to capture your magic with ease.
- The office is where we review and select the photos from your session. In-house printing happens here!
- The kitchen is stocked with water, coffee, and tea, (and occasionally sweets) to enjoy.
